Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SwingVault (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Access & Accounts

SwingVault is provided by invitation through access codes. Your code is personal to you. Each code is limited to a maximum of two (2) devices. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute your access code. We may revoke a code we believe is being shared or misused.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all consents required to record and analyze any individual, including parental or guardian consent for minors. You represent that you have the right to capture and use any video you load into the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos, notes, and other content you create or upload. You are responsible for that content. Video files remain on your device; text data you save is stored to provide the Service to you.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The SwingVault application, its design, features, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

SwingVault includes AI-generated analysis and reference tools. This output is for general coaching and educational purposes only. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or athletic-training advice. You use it at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
